What I do:

Backdrop and Venue Setup: Design and set up the event backdrop and overall venue layout to align with the theme of the event. Ensure that the space reflects the luxurious and refined atmosphere of the High Society Chapter 07.

Invitations: Oversee the invitation process, including drafting, sending, and tracking RSVPs. Ensure that all guests receive their invitations in a timely manner and follow up as needed.

Social media: Post engaging content, including photos and videos to highlight key moments.

Post-Event Communication: Send thank-you notes or follow-up messages to guests, partners, and sponsors. Share highlights and recap content on social media to maintain engagement and showcase the success of the event.
