What I do:
Establish and Manage TikTok Account: Set up L’OFFICIEL’s official TikTok account and develop a strategic campaign to promote the Face Art Contest.
Collaborate with Influencers and Artists: Reach out to macro KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and well-known makeup artists to participate in and promote the contest. This includes negotiating terms, coordinating schedules, and ensuring they are aligned with the contest’s objectives.
Managed the entire contest process: Collect and review participants’ submissions, providing guidance and support, handling email communications and announcements, and evaluating and scoring the entries.
Manage Video Content: Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional video content. This includes handling video uploads and engagement on platforms like Facebook and TikTok.

What I do:
Develop Landing Page: Developed and implemented a dedicated landing page for the photography contest, facilitating contestant submissions and public voting.
Organize the Exhibition: Plan and execute the exhibition, including the layout, artist participation, and event logistics. Coordinate with artists and other stakeholders to ensure the exhibition showcases their work effectively.
Manage Ticket Sales: Set up and manage the ticket sales process, including pricing, distribution, and sales tracking. Ensure a smooth purchasing experience for attendees.
Coordinate Event Night: Oversee all aspects of the event night, including setup, guest management, and on-the-day operations. Ensure that everything runs smoothly and address any issues that arise.
